WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number your credit card bank has on file to prevent any delays in processing your order. 


Afterpay is another option. Shop now, pay later! 


Additionally, we will accept custom orders ONLY via email and must be paid by PayPal or Zelle using scentenvy.co@gmail.com prior to fulfilling order(s). 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing time for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days from the time your order is received. Shipping time is between 1-3 days for US orders, which is not included in our processing time. Due to COVID-19 orders will have a longer shipping time than normal. Please be patient as we have no control over this pandemic.


We do not ship International at this time. 


UPS is our preferred method of shipping. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY?

Due to safety precautions and contamination concerns, we DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be confident in your selections prior to finalizing your order(s)! 


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve any issues. 


Original shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

Please inspect the carton of your product upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It may be possible for the outer box of the merchandise to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us within five (5) business days of receipt. Please include the order number in your email.

ARE SCENT ENVY PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No, our products are NOT tested on animals. SCENT ENVY does not initiate animal tests on either finished products or ingredients whether directly or indirectly. All ingredients used are carefully monitored.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

We guarantee optimal quality within 9-12 months of receipt depending on the product.

IS THERE A SCENT ENVY BRICK & MORTAR STORE?

Unfortunately, there is no storefront. You can shop with us at our local vendor events.

CAN I APPLY MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE TO MY ORDER?

No, promotional codes cannot be combined. Promotional codes may NOT be valid during certain sales and NEVER on custom orders. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

No, gift cards are not offered at this time. 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely! We love custom orders. Please complete the form on our Contact page with all the details. We will respond within 48 hours. 
A minimum 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required before we can begin production. 
For orders of 20 items or more, please allow a 4-6 weeks lead time. Promotional codes are NEVER valid on custom orders.
